Do you have any daily routine that supports you to become balanced, focussed and at ease? These daily routines, have helped me enormously to find peace in mind and to find out who I am and what I really want.
Morning exercise - I spend minimum 30 minutest daily and do my yoga
Daily meditation - I spend minimum 5 minutest daily to meditate
I do daily journaling and answer the following questions daily. Once in a while I look back and try to make a picture or a summary of the last three months.
- What is my goal for today?
- What am I thankful for?
- What am I willing to give today?
- What do I love?
- When I am 90 years old and look back at my life, what do I want to have experienced then.
- What of my own strengths do I really appreciate?
- How well did I reach that daily target?
